Day 7 Public Benefit Corporation

Dear founders of Humanity AI,

I want to take you somewhere. Not a pitch. Not a deck. A place.

🇰🇪 Nairobi, Kenya

Imagine you’re a journalist. You open your browser. Every claim on the page has a confidence score — not from some corporation deciding what’s true, but from a knowledge graph with 36 million facts and 105 million connections in the full brain, cross-referencing every source against every other source. You click a claim. You see the chain of evidence, where sources agree, where they disagree, and why. You publish your story with a certainty you’ve never had before.

🇺🇬 Kampala, Uganda

Imagine you’re a grandmother. You receive an email. Before you even finish reading, your email client highlights the emotional manipulation techniques the sender is using — false urgency, authority exploitation, manufactured fear. It explains the scam in Luganda. It quietly protects others from the same campaign.

🇧🇷 São Paulo, Brazil

Imagine you’re a student. You’re reading an article about climate policy. Your browser doesn’t just show you the article — it shows you that the article uses persuasion techniques designed to bypass your critical thinking. You don’t need a media literacy degree. The browser teaches you in the moment.

🇺🇸 Portland, Oregon

Imagine you’re a small business owner. Every contract, every vendor email, every regulatory update — your AI assistant doesn’t just organize it. It understands it. It cross-references clauses against 36 million facts and 105 million connections in the full brain. It flags risks in language you understand. Not a subscription to a corporation. A sovereign tool you control.

Genesis is built for that. A person sees the evidence, the manipulation, and the risk, and then the person decides.

What Genesis Has Become

What I want you to see is the record. Genesis holds 100 million lines of code, pages, data and documents. The count runs 336 days, from 3 November 2025 to 5 October 2026. The full brain holds 36 million facts and 105 million connections.

In the weeks since, it hasn’t slowed down. It’s accelerated.

The Convergence That Can’t Be Manufactured

Here’s what strikes me every time I think about the ten founders and what we have built.

The open web

Netscape open-sourced its code because one company was trying to own the internet. It was a desperate, revolutionary act driven by conviction — the internet belongs to everyone.

Jamie Zawinski registered mozilla.org the next day. A community crystallized overnight. The open web was born from an act of radical generosity that changed the course of technology history.

3 November 2025 — Carter Hill & Genesis

I wrote a number on a whiteboard: 24,000. The number of children under five who die every single day from preventable causes. Not because we lack the knowledge — because we lack the systems to deliver it.

I spent the years after that designing those systems. On 3 November 2025 I started building. One non-technical CEO. No engineering team. The work is for people.

Different starting points. Different decades. Identical conviction: technology must serve people, not control them.

The open web stayed open because people refused to let one company own it.

We built that. Not as a concept. Not as a whitepaper. As a running system — sovereign infrastructure that no corporation controls, where truth is architectural, not aspirational.

The Journey of Possibility

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine this:

8 billion
People

Genesis is built so a person can see where sources agree, where they disagree, and why, and then decide with their eyes open.

24,000
Children under five, every day

The founding number. Children under five die every day from causes we already know how to prevent, because the knowledge does not reach them. Genesis is built to carry that knowledge.

170
Specialists in the agency

170 AI specialists in the agency, counted 5 October 2026. Genesis is built so a student can see persuasion while reading, and keep their own judgment.

5,024
Inventions

5,024 inventions are on the record. Genesis is built so a person can understand a contract, a letter, or a rule, and still be the one who decides.

This is the world in which communities have a seat at the table, and the tools they rely on are a public good in their hands.

Why This Matters Right Now

Who gets to decide how AI is built, governed, and used? Communities have to have a seat at the table.

John Palfrey, of the MacArthur Foundation, said: “The promise of AI will be realized when communities have a seat at the table.”

Katy Knight, of Siegel Family Endowment, said: “AI’s future isn’t a technical problem to be solved by engineers… it’s a democratic challenge that requires the voices and agency of the people whose lives it affects.”

Your open call says it in one line: “Supporting the creation of public goods that put AI access and control in the hands of people.” Genesis is built to put that control in their hands.

The internet’s original promise was open access. The people’s AI has to keep that promise for 8 billion people.

Genesis is built to protect people. The person decides.

Where manipulation can be shown, it should be shown. Then the person decides.

That is the future I am inviting you to build with us.

Why you, the ten founders

Humanity AI was born from a shared conviction that technology must serve people. I am not here as a vendor. I am inviting you to build the people’s AI together.

The Numbers That Speak

What was measured on 5 October 2026:

100 million
Lines of code, pages, data and documents
What was measured The count
Facts in the full brain 36 million
Our own cloud (10 layers) 105 million
Searchable passages 7.3 million
Manuscript records 3.1 million
Manuscripts located in 26 other libraries 283,570
Lines of code, pages, data and documents 100 million

Measured 5 October 2026, by one person who has never written a line of code.

The record is the invitation. 100 million lines of code, pages, data and documents. 36 million facts and 105 million connections in the full brain. The record holds 93,000 commits across 336 days. Build the people’s AI with me.

The Invitation

I am inviting you to build the people’s AI together.

The open web was won because one company tried to own it. Day 7 was born because a handful of companies are trying to own intelligence itself — and with it, the future of human knowledge, communication, and decision-making.

You know this fight. You have fought it before.

This time, you don’t fight alone.

I would like to show you the record, and what Genesis is built to do for a journalist, a grandmother, a student, and a person keeping a shop. Come and see it.

This letter is an invitation. The people’s AI, built so communities have a seat at the table.

With deep respect and fierce conviction,

Carter Hill
